Civil Freedom
The prosecution of victimless crimes in America has too much of our civil freedom in a state of paralysis.
- A state-issued certificate of marriage should not discriminate against otherwise willing participants.
- A peaceable citizen should not be denied his or her right to have firearms.
- A person should not be disallowed to put into or take out of, or otherwise do with, his or her own body anything they choose.
- A defendant in any case against him or her, or their property, should be allowed their constitutional right of a jury of their peers.
